As you probably all know by now, many accounts were automatically banned with the Linked Account reason.
There was a user, who violated the server rules, tried and is still trying to scam the server. He was banned and all accounts that ever shared the same computer with his account were banned as well.
Due to this and the damage it causes currently to the team (invested time to investigate, financial issues, etc) we decided to change up the process of PayPal payments.
We will no longer accept payments from unverified PayPal accounts. In such case, a notification will be shown to the user to verify the account and contact us to confirm the payment.
If the user does not verify the PayPal account and contact us within a set period, the payment will be declined and reversed to the PayPal account.
The waiting period to solve each case, is 24 hours during the weekdays and 48 hours during the weekends.
Notification Preview:
We are still working on this case and we are investigating. We will decide about the Linked Accounts as well, as soon as we can proceed with the PayPal cases.
