As i remember i didn't read about the recent update post that you touched/altered/changed something on the vote shop only the ecoin->vcoin and ccash->ecoins terms. i.e. Removed the blessing beads.(Why? wanna sell it via ecoins now?no offense) 
Should be 2 kinds of DP and AP saver 1 not bound(lower DP to be stored than the bound one) and 1 bound but now are both bound. And the remote shop card with quantity became bound also.
