Suggestion add low tg

adding a low tg with lower rewards will bring alot of newbies and won't make them selfs quitting since they don't have a chance in high tg , will give them a chance to have fun in war and later go in the higher tg not that low. i talked with some newbies and even with archi it's a bit hard to them to fight and do points ,etc
maybe it's not gonna be a bad idea if you add 100- 169 tg and let them have fun there with lowed rewards . that's only suggestion
