Not a bug Adding option slot

I tried inserting option to this item with 10pcs force core ultimate with 99% success chance 3 times already but all failed. Is this item a bug? Please help. I just want to insert some options.
I tried to add another cdi option.
Is this an extreme crafted item?
And any suggestion of what option I can insert to this.
