Fixed ADDING SKILL BOOKS FOR BEGINNERS

I think that adding skill books for newly created accounts would be very good for beginners. Since on the current case, everyone will start at 0 alz. Every beginners problem is how to buy skill. Others even beg money for skills and etc. So I suggest to add skill books for beginners. Like Dash/Fade and 3-5 attack skill books.

as i can see it being a good idea, but we already did reduced the prices of the skill books by quite a bit they're like 1/3 of the original prices i'd be slightly more worried about the fact that people cant kill rabithorns or something else to gain the tiniest amount of alz to buy what you requested that we put into a script during character creation, im not saying no but im suprized that this is needed.

Skill book are very cheap and the alz drop is very ok so this is really not something to work on.
