After many hours and collaboration with the OVH ( the web-hosting company for the NA machines where this forums are hosted also ) we managed to put back online our machines and improve security to prevent those attacks that lead to our IPs being blocked.

Even as I type this message the NA and EU machines are both under a DDOS attack but it seems like the hosting companies are handling them well.

Please NOTE that the Redemption websites don't work anymore on https so you can access them on the following addresses:

Thank you all for sticking with us until now and we promise that we will do our best to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Update: The NA machines that host the cabal server had the IP blocked again 6 hours ago (a short time after I made the previous post and went to sleep)
They are claiming that we are using the machines to do DDOS attacks which is hilarious and outrageous also.

Its taking so long to solve this because compared to our EU hosting company the OVH support is very low and poor.

We apologize in their behalf for the downtime of the NA server.

UPDATE:
The OVH team sustains that our machines are infected and that are doing DDOS attack outside their network.
We had them unblocked for like 1 minutes after wards they where stopped again.
Here is the last email from them notifying us that they blocked the machine that hosts the Redemption NA game server.

The bad part for us is that we are being delayed to much with our current work plan because of this issues and from Monday Cykros will not be available for 10/11 days.
By Monday we want to open an Alpha testing on the new MMORPG.

The OVH team insists that we backup our data from the machines and reinstall (I personally think its stupid because we have the same installations on the machines from the OVH as on the ones from Hyperfilter and as you all can see in Hyperfilter there are no issues)
We will please them and reinstall the machine and configure on Tuesday latest if we wont have time till then.

Once again I humbly apologize for the situation but we are also very disappointed about this and OVH is considered one of the top Dedicated hosters in EU and NA...............
