Fixed Anima Gem Bug?

i really don't have picture or screen shot but .. my Pet Full 10% RCR. i was about to sell anima gem last night. i use safety kit .. and suddenly the anima gem didnt appear on my inventory.

i didnt report it yet because i think its just a bug and when i wake up today when i check my inventory its still nothing. i still have one anima gem on my inventory and i put it already on my pet xD. please help me figure out where my anima gem goes.

I have not been able to replicate this issue with the safety kit, please have a closer look in your inventory and check your warehouse in case you accidentally put it in there somehow.

Hello, I am sorry but as long as you don't have any proof we really cant help you, and items are really not disappearing.
Also our colleague tested the this and it worked just fine and I am sure other players used it without any issues.

Do you have any form of proof that you had the pet before and that it is 100% gone? For all we know you sold it or something because when we have tried to replicate the same issue you had we had no issues with the pet.

if u use anime Gem with 10 Options to ur pet with 10 options.. what will happen? will the pet option change ?

The Anima Gem will override the options on any pet. I am going to close this thread now because there is no bug here from what we can see. If you require further assistance please make a support thread.
