Fixed Another Redeem Channel

1. well i noticed the redeem rewards from redeem rank#4 to redeem rank # 7 i always got 1 Black Cap and 1 SSA pots. Though SSA pots is important for me as a WA i believe rewards are not random, its fixed imo.
2. we are getting nice updates but the redeem channel better spots are always occupied, and for that i would like to suggest:
a.) enable rd coins drop in AT on all channels
b.) having another redeem channel is better because now we have 7 channels but players only use channel 3(premium x3), channel 6(redeeming) and channel 7(Event).. remaining channels dont serve a purpose.
c.) edit redeem channel mob spot. theres some spot where mobs are overpowered. if u remembered EGA made mob spots in Fort Ruina. or maybe you can make better starting gears

3. we need events, loyal players starting to get bored. we all know players play to get strong. pvp event is good

i know but everyday OGN are losing players most of them are newcomers.. how can OGN have lots of ppl if after 5 day of playing they start quitting.

problems:
redeem coins = dropping good but mobs are overpowered from LS
spots = they made an FS/WA class to deal with mobs but better spots are always occupied by hardcore players(in their gaming time)
