Not a bug Applying 3rd slot bug

Can you help me fix this bug i tried 10 times putting DMG in 3rd slot but it always fail ni hope it will be fix.

If its xtreme craft.... Go for first 2 slot cdi and 3d slot cr/ssa dunno what you aim for.....and make sure your items is +15 so you can have 99% chance.....

Theres only 2 ways to slot an extreme item.
1. First slot and second slot are the same and 3rd slot different.
2. All three slots are the same.
