Fixed Armor Option Scroll Highest in Eshop

I don't know if this suggestion already posted.kindly close this thread if its already been posted.
since there's so many players looking for armor scroll HH to get in game , and there are people suggested to make it drop in FC dungeon like the old redemp did.
i dont know what is your plan about it.
So i suggest to make it possible to buy it on eshop with a decent price ^_^
