Fixed BASIC ELEMENT LOOT TIME

My previous thread was misunderstood, i believe, so please forgive me if I re-post it. What I am really suggesting is the extension of loot time for basic element, making basic elements still visible up to the end of chaos. Again forgive me for re-posting, hoping for your consideration.

Cabal does not work like that. We cannot specify which item stays more on the ground and which not.
What we can do and will do in the next update is increase a bit the duration of items that drop and are not picked up.
