Not a bug Bike option adding issue

• Description - I failed adding cdi option on my rw3 's 2nd slot. It's my 3rd attempt when I notice it so I tried 2 more times and I still got the same result. FAILED. ='( I think the success rate of adding bike's option in 2nd slot is 99% also and it will only become 49% when you add the same option on the 3rd slot. Please kindly correct me if I am wrong. Thanks

2nd slot will be 49.5%
3rd slot will be 33%

if you want to put the same option that is..
this is always like this its not a bug

its been like this way since this game started
you have to struggle in crafting the bike...
