Blended Rune at Item Shop

Good day Everyone,

For clarification, if you notice the blended runes on item shop is it all Crafted level III? I am a little bit confused because of the PRICE some are 1500 EC and the Others have 1000 EC only but all are level III. So i thought the 1500 is for level III crafted rune and the 1000 is for level II runes please advise. Thank you in advance and have a wonderful new year to all
