Fixed BM1 FS effect

I know the effect of BM1 of FS is to counter attack the enemy. The counter attack has only chances but when I test it on other mobs, it does not affect, but in Bloody Ice mobs like Rabbit Horn it does activate. Is the BM1 effect of FS bug or it does just select his enemy? (LOL) . I tested in also in a PVP, and it does not work at all. Is this a bug or it only works in selected mobs ?

Tested Mobs : Rabithorn (Bloody Ice Mobs) - worked
Mad Bandit Warrior&Member (Arcane Trace Mobs) - not working

Update : I looked into Forums/Discussion . It will only activate when they use normal attack against you not skill. (LOL)
