Fixed Bug in Mission War - gained AP

Hello again,

there seems to be a bug in adding AP points that were eraned in missin war. So the result table seems to hold the correct amount, but this were not be added to my AP table.

I noticed, if my total score is low enough (somewhere between 15k and 18k I belive) the correct AP amount were added.

All war settings were reworked and now properly working. The changes will come in the first War update very soon.
