Fixed BUG REPORTING

as u can see i equipped earing and its effect appears on chracher screen but still not binded i also can drop it after i unequip it and it works while euipped tried on monsters. my client is updated and tried to restart client too. and it askes for permisison every time i equipped seemed a bug to me and telling here.

I see, the char binding doesn't apply when you equip it.

have you tried to relog and see if you will see that the item is character binded?
