i already upgraded it to +11 then when i changed channel it returns to +5 btw i have sgkhh
 
Also on Serenity and Brilliance when the item dont have any options in slot but extended to 3rd slots. Tagged the admin :)

Thank you for reporting it , this will be fixed on tomorrows update.
PS If you want to upgrade it without any issue add a slot to it first.
