Cabal Online has stopped working

i uploaded the file.. so it happens when selecting character and then the loading screen. It suddenly pop-up error says "Cabal Online has stopped working"

it just happen on this laptop i use.. i used any character but the error sill there

i try this method
1. disable firewall or add cabal exception
2. disable antivirus
3. using compatibility issue
4. reinstalling and installing
5. redownload client

Please help me
