Not a bug can not unbind Outrageous Defensive Earring +8

• Description - I can not unbind Outrageous Defensive Earring +8 (new item as a reward of easter event) by using enchant system.
• On web page, the earring's display
  is not correct and i can't unbind it.

We didn't plan to make it able to unbind yet for now. Maybe in future it may have changes depends on the situation. For now it will stay character bind.

I hope 2018 Summer event gives us dual amp Outrageous Defensive Earring "+8" (not "+7") or more better one.
