Not a bug Cant redeem my char

• Description -cant redeem my acc when i go to site redeem it says. There are currently no eligible characters on your account. i am the right level to redeem but something is wrong and i cant so please help me.

Its no way there is a problem with the redeem system, if it would have been then people would have reported long time ago.
You simply just don't met the requirements to redeem, please double check them and see what are you missing
