Cant use our account anymore?

Hi ithink its about March 2015 since we last played, and now were back we want to know what happen to our accounts. Everytime we log in and type our sub pass it will load and brings is back to login like it says reconnect after clixking okay and it keeps repeating, we spent lot of money here. Answer back please thanks

Did you install the new client? or are u using the old client from when you played back then.

As Jay said create a support thread and give us detailed information and the issue about your accounts so we can investigate further over there.
