Fixed cap exchange black to silver

maybe we can add in NPC YUL the option to exchange cabal black cap to silver cap coz imo silver cap is rare to gain/obtain/farm and sometimes its hard to complete that 5 pcs. silver cap to exchange it with gold cap

I don't see the point in exchanging black caps to silver caps for 5 black caps as you can exchange it for 10 black caps to 1 gold cap.

as what i've said, silver cap was RARE to gain, example i have 4 pcs. silver cap, and the next silver cap i will hunt was next week thats why im suggesting it so that the silver cap u have u can exchange it to gold more faster....and it will not stock up in your inventory for too long.. coz we need gold cap more often...

just to fill in the silver cap (5 pcs.) u need to exchange it for gold cap,

i can see what you want and i have had the issue myself not being able to get that 5th silver cap to get 1 gold cap, i'll forward this to the admins once they're on
