Acknowledged Change CDI values

Bring back the Original CDI Values of Palladium which is 20-20-20 & slot (15 for all equipment).
Reason: There is no more distinction now with AMP and CDI. AMP perfect values are 10 where as CDI is 12.

People prefer AMP rather than CDI. Why not bring back the 20-20-20 CDI values so that there are lot of options to be left out for people to consider. In terms of OPness, DEF is already good and it will not affect much of the game play. This could make players left with choices and preferences rather than being monotonous with AMP.
And also we have Low CRIT RATES, if players wish to increase crit rate, at least CDI will act as a balancer for both MCR and Crit rate increase.

A SLIGHT increase of CD will be done, it will not be like before 20-20-20.
This has allready been discussed awhile ago between staff.
