Acknowledged Change nation

Hi all.
Yeah you know, changing nation is available once every 7 days for each character separately. But has a problem that I want to suggest "these players cant change their nation" :
1st. Bringer.
2nd. The player has the ownership of Saint's Forcecalibur.
Thats not fair for players who are fighting for their nation.

I dont think those players should be able to change nation, how would it be for Procy to have 2 bringers at same TG level and no bringer on Capella

u know DOGSTORM ? ( now he changed his name to CARAMEL). It happened for a long time when we can free change nation with 1 click on website. he was caps bringer and he changed to proc, and he was still bringer. i dont remeber his title ( LB or SB) but still see his shout and his name in NW.
FiftyShade was a procyon player before he has the ownership of SFC, now he is a caps player

Thank you for this we will look more into it.. Its not supposed to be like that. Coz that is really unfair.. We will try to recreate this scenario.. =)
