Character Balance, changes and fixes

New Features:

Change pet Kit added for

• Pet - Sona
• Pet - Panda
• Pet - War Machine
• Pet - Ahri
• Pet - Dynasty Ahri
• Pet - Midnight Ahri

NPC's for pets, pet change kits and pet items added ingame and removed from website.

Changes:

The prices for the pets, pet kits and pet items were adjusted. Some were lowered some were highered.
Increased the drop chance from Basic and Rare Elements from the Legendary Box in Chaos Arena 6.
Added back in Forgotten Temple B1F the following items to drop from Legacy Chest:

• Pet Safety Kit
• Pet - Moley
• Pet - Outer Invader
• Pet Untrain Kit (Option Selective)
• Defensive Earring (The earrings will drop now with Craft and Slot bu they can also drop with 1 of the options or none)

Highered the level cap for transcender skill rank for each class. Now all classes have 60% more levels (and points after they level their skill rank) to spend on both sword and magic skills.

Fixes:

Fixed some of the drop items from the global drop system.

Can you add skill slots too? Slots on WA too low

Extra skill points on WA/BL is useless coz they lack skill slots.

Indeed you have to give slots along with points ... would need an extra 5-6 slots on my wi as well lol (plus the points to maximize everything) been waiting extra slots ever since i joined lmao

In Cabal PH, all skills have fast cooldown at lvl20. Can we apply that too? other classes in our server can crank up their skill level to 20 but others like WI cant, Cooldown problem in BM2...

Please Bring back or make the current drop rate of entry items higher SPECIALLY CA Keys Entry prices now so high coz its so few of them dropping or sometimes its not dropping , Same as POV's and PCH's on b3f Gone Not all can go AC to farm POV's
