Fixed Cooldown For Odd Circle in TG

I know a lot of players will disagree this but i still insist that applying cooldown for odd circle in TG would make TG more strategic instead of odd circle all the time until ensign destroyed or guardians disposed... I suggest making a cooldown time between 180 sec and 300 sec... I believe this is fair for both nation. Peace~
 
We cannot add a different cooldown time of the oddcircles in mwar.
They do not work like the skills.
This was suggested before and we said that its a feature that cannot be implemented.
