Suggestion Cooldown of some skills

cant you change the cooldown of some skills like assault, energy field and shield charge? the reason why its 180secs cooldown on official is because those skills have silence or suppression which makes it overpowered if its on a low cooldown. since this version of cabal doesnt have silence or suppression effects why not just put it back to its cd before? it doesnt really make sense to have those skills on a really high cooldown.
