Fixed Devil horn -> Giftbox

I can't use Hat Rack in Devil Horn (head costume).

I just checked it and it work for me.
Anyone else having problems wearing this item?

no problem wearing that item .
the problem is cant use Hat Rack to make it tradable.

This is a function that it was not yet implemented for the new costumes.
We will implement it very soon.
