General Permissions:
* Maximum tag alerts per message 10 (normal users 2)
* Can edit custom title
Forum Post / Comments Permissions:
* 7 days for deleting / editing own posts (normal users have 3 days)
* Unlimited size for avatar uploading
* Maximum nr. of Attachments is 7 (normal users have 3 days)
* Maximum mention alerts per message 10 (normal users have 5)
Personal Conversation Permissions:
* Time limit on editing own messages 60 minutes (normal users have 5)
* Maximum conversation recipients 20 (normal users have 5)
Signature Permissions:
* Can add links
* Can add images (3 max)
* Can embend media
* Can have 10 lines or / 1000 characters (normal users 5 / 400)
* Can have up to 20 smilies (normal users 5)
* Maximum text size 7 (normal users 3)
Avatar Permissions:
