Fixed DP/AP Savers

Kindly suggesting to implement the DP / AP Savers, it would be very helpful with farming DP & AP and save them up into the savers to activate such things as runes or buy a lot of Honor Potions at Port Lux as example.

Also suggesting to create a nice idea on how to buy the savers so the non-donors also can use this item in the future.
