Fixed ecoins bug

last server downtime(9/14/2015) when Im buying entry items on ecoins npc all my ecoins dissapear after the server was fixed (on the moment that the server is not down yet Im trying to buy many dg entry item), btw I have 1093 ecoins just have gone after the server was fix

same goes for me here.. I got 1465 ecoins in my site account but its 0 in game

After checking my accounts ingame they seem to have all eCoins so if this is a bug it appears to only be for a select few. Please post in the support section here with your account username and maybe we can see what went wrong.

my ecoins are fine now (several minutes and relog after the server down my ecoins cameback and its ok now), Im gonna delete this thread tommorow so that you can still see my post reply

That's odd, even if it returned on your account it is not supposed to disappear at all...
