If any players comes with a video recording while he crafts 1 of that item exactly like you say (from the picture) with the current redeem system i will give him 50.000 eCoins and you will get unbanned and 100.000 eCoins and I will say that I was a dick and was wrong and there was a bug.

On the update 30/11/2017 after 13:00 server time, equil stuffs cant be use on enchant system. Now compare the time with the logs you show us, tell us why michi can enchant equil helm beyond the time the update applied at level below 185.

i cant prove myself until you post the logs which not possible to happen. And you never approach me at beginning, only zera pm me and suddenly he say "he tricked you, and he got warning mail" during war time and asking to reply asap on forum. After i reply on technical support and message zera , you got angry and start provoke me at discord. Remember you never pm me at all until you start provoking me at discord.

GonZ I have unbanned your account, looks like there are rare cases where the craft is somehow adding the slots, I rechecked everything and there are no mistakes in the server files which makes the craft result.

We also tried to replicate the possible bug on test and live server and we could not do it when I was online but the staff members Zeratul and Slag did manage to do it on live and test once, both of them.

I will keep monitoring this issues and if its not gone after this week update I will adjust a bit the Unique Craft because I might have an idea why this is happening if its happening only very rare.

My apologizes for not believing you and treating you like I did, It was my mistake.

No because we did not do the test.

And like I said my staff members crafted it also but when I tried to replicate with teamviewer it did not happen anymore.
We have to see first if it will happen again and try to find out why.

BTW Mich's account will remain banned for account sharing, it is not fair for you to get an account to craft your items. If you want to craft you must do you your self.
