• I crafted Equilibrium Epaulet of Guardian (RSA) on that date.
  The problem is that I have crafted Equilibrium Epaulet of Guardian (RSA) but only got 2% of RSA instead of 15%.
  I believe it should be 15% as same as PEOG(RSA), otherwise its actually more weak.
