Fixed Error on Launch

I've attached the error I get when I try to launch the game. I've excluded cabalmain.exe, mShield folder, as well as the whole client folder, from Windows Defender. I've also set it to use Windows 7 compatibility settings as well as set it to run as administrator. I've deleted all files, re-downloaded the launcher, and re-installed the client twice now and am still unable to launch successfully. I'm also 100% positive I meet the minimum specs required for the game to run.

Specs are as follows:
OS: Windows 10 Home
Ram: 8GB
Processor: AMD FX-6300
GPU: GTX-760

Any tips other tips on getting this game to work?

Please try the client now and if you still have issues open a new thread.
