Acknowledged Extreme craft percent of perfect craft

Good day GM
I just want to clear up some things here regarding the percent values of perfect craft
I saw a low level item that is limitless fatal extreme craft with the value of 20cdi and 13 cdi. And I got confuse because I have eins fatal extreme craft with the the value of 20cdi and only 7 cdi. I want to clear this out because I also notice that whenever an extreme craft is not perfect craft, when you put a scroll on it the name of the item will be change to "deathblow of" or "amp of". If the item is in perfect craft the name of it will not change it will stay on " fatal of " or "outrageous of". So I just want to know what really is the percent value of perfect craft..

For Amp.. the perfect second option is 6%. (Epic Option Level 4)
For CDI . the perfect second option is 13% (Epic Option Level 4)


and about the Green item name and Purple Item name.. its just the Epic option of the 2 values has interchanged..
for example the perfect blade with the craft of 20% and 13% will be interchanged to 13% and 20%..
it happens when you are upgrading.

The simple way to understand this is that the second craft value which turns the item into an Extreme one is random between High Epic Level 1 and High Epic Level 4.
