Fixed Fa Curse remove skill bug!

Curse remove skill of Fa after casted makes the character frozen for more than 1s, can't move and cast skill...etc.
this happen when casting skill on other character too! please fix it

I always like that after use that buff. And not 1 second its like 3 second ++

it sometimes last longer in tg but usually 1s+ with me

The animation is finished faster than what is actually set for it, this also happened on other buffs and debuffs where the animation was done but your character would stay in a weird position for a few moments after.
We will be checking out this for the next update.

i think this animation speed is set right for a buff/debuff skill maybe decrease the actual casting time to fit with the animation!
