Fixed FASTER RESPAWN TIME FOR GOLEM/DRAGON

Redeeming has now become really hard with only 2 channels. With more players online, it makes things worst.

I agree , we need golem and dragon spawn faster , and one more I want add in this suggestion is maybe you can add more hp to the golem and dragon , so we can redeeming much more longer . You all agree ?

This was discussed before already and guess how it went ... instead of decreasing the spawn times they increased them and then the final touch was decreasing channels as well
