Pretty simple suggestions. There dungeons like ic2 that drop 3x quest items. If you grab too many u cannot proceed past the dungeon when u hit a certain point. Its really not the players fault either. So I suggest in dungeons like this you make these bosses only drop one quest item. Or add more quest spaces so this can never happen. Its really not the players fault we get stuck. Nor does it make sense we have to tread carefully grabbing only one item.
