Fixed Formular Card Error !

Dear GMs.
FC Chaos Headpieces (BL) 2 ASA - 1 CR error!
My guildmate : Care was craft that FC and he got FB Helmet. Its the second time.
I wish GMs will fix it and give back unique for he.

Thank you for the report. The issue will be fixed in today's update. Please write down your account name.
Edit: Also please place that wrong item in your character's inventory (include the char name alongside with account's), so we can remove it.

Thank you for reporting it in the first place.
Admin Ergo will take care of your situation and give you back the craft materials you used for the 2 helms.
Also you may keep / destroy the other 2 you have as bonus for reporting the bug.
