Fixed Frozen white screen / login

  at the beginning the game, the main screen appears, then the mshield screen and when you go to the login screen, simply the game is with the white screen only with the game mouse cursor visible. I already looked at the entire forum and did not find anything like it! what can I do ?

Are you by any chance using windows 7?

is, exactly the windows 7 that I use, ultimate 64 bit version, would it be some incompatibility ???

Yesterday mShield was updated, are you still having the issue?
