Fixed Game Crashes on Character Selection

Hi,

Any idea on how can I fix this issue where the game crashes on character selection after click the start?
Already tried to run the game as admin + win 7 compatibility mode but still the same result.
I also added the game folder to the excluded list in windows security, still the same.

Another note is when I checked in Event Viewer, the exception code shown was 0xc000041d (null pointer exception).

Do full scan of client,before you do it close cabal process if you have it opened , than do scan ,
to us to better see whats going on record screen , when you start scaning and when press play/log in /select chars and so on.
and show us full screen video.
