Not a bug game not starting

ich starte den client und mache einen scan nach dem scan, ich klicke auf start und das spiel startet nicht, aber der client öffnet sich und scannt schnell und dann starte ich immer wieder das gleiche, was ich tun kann?

I start the client and do a scan after the scan, I click start and the game doesn't start but the client pops up and scans quickly and then I keep starting the same thing over and over, what can I do?

if this was yours question than do the following:
Firs on freshly booted PC ,open yours antivirus and put whole cabal folder to excluded,(in windows defender by default or if you use any other custom one),
after that open launcher and press scan ( not quick scan).
after scanning is done you can click on play.

I have downloaded the game and installed it successfully. However, I waited for more than an hour and still could not update the game's data. What should i do?

allow it in firewall whole game folder , put it in exclusions
