Fixed Getting DC while try upgrade att rate rune

when i try to upgrade my attack rate rune from 16 to 17 i getting dc + this error message .

ye after my post i saw some more post about it .^^it was just 1fchh who was bugged. i dont know from where i have get it . but how da hell can get this fchh bugged. after using other fchh i was able to up the rune. also i sold the bugged fchh to npc^^
