Yday gm hosted a gm kill event, no title received after successful GM defeat.

Experienced a similar issue with another player. Have determined the cause to be max name length. We are aware of problem and working on a solution.

I had the same problem and until now I do not have the title . I think it does not count when you're lag and do not load the clan or the mail because when I killed the gm I did not have the name of my clan.

After you kill a GM you must relog so you get the title in the list. Please check again after doing so

there are multiple that are unable to get title i have tested for some time with multiple players and they can't receive it

Tested with other staff members, and with other players, works perfectly. you just have to RELOG.
