My helmet was critical dmg +18 and is now under critical dmg 13
my coat set was 8 amp up all skill is now 6 amp up all skill

Check the craft value of the helm/suit on the spreadsheet and when you have a look into the changes made last time, it really goes down but that is making the items balanced.
