Hello tried to install the latest Java needed for the newest cabal ogn launcher. Windows xp is not supported by java any longer. I found a way around this problem. Use this download link for the manual java install bundle pack. http://javadl.oracle.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=207773

After you finish installing the java. Try to load your cabal launcher. I hope it works for you.
