Fixed Hp increase

I suggest to increase the hp of chars by 2xor 3x to make pvp/pk on war map more interesting.

we've done something similiar in the past when EGA owned Redemption and has proven to be an issue as everything else would need to be upscaled, and honestly i bet there are better alternatives than upscaling everything.
we'll see what the rest of the staff says

We will not increase the HP because it will affect the whole gameplay negatively.
At least not for now.
