Im not seeing the costume you mentioned in the costume shop..
If its an old costume its possible that it was deleted from the game long before thats why it gives that result..

Or if im wrong..
Could you scan ur client and see if it still the case..

Hello, the costumes were removed almost half an year ago.
Refunds are not available for it anymore.
