I can't delete my old characters Why?

Hi all,

I need little help. I would like to delete my character but I can't do this.

Go site then click on Thrid icon

then Find the 'DELETE' button And put ur personal info such as Pass:Sub pass , in order to delete ur 'OLD Char'.
