Refused Increase asding option success to bike slots

Kindly increase success rate for adding options on bike slots or make it 100% success rate . I used up to 21+ scrolls already but the second slot always fails. How much more for the third slot and not to mention when third slot fails, it will also erase the 2nd slot filled option?

I did it with 14 scrolls , i think an option would be [ if it's possible] to keep the option in the second slot after you fail the third one.

Honestly we did not had time to check how the slot system success and fail works and we don't want to mes around with it until we are done with the balancing of the classes.
